• Description:
• The purpose of the procurement procedure for the award of a Public Contract is the conclusion of framework agreements pursuant to Section 131 et seq. of the Act, the subject of which is the supply of all building and construction materials for the maintenance, restoration and establishment of the newly established vertical traffic markings (SDZ) and horizontal traffic markings (VDZ) on local roads in the territory of the city of Pilsen to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions for the award of the Public Contract. Individual partial fulfillment, or orders, will be implemented depending on the current needs of the contracting authority, according to the conditions set out in the draft framework agreements, which are annexes to the procurement documentation. In accordance with the provisions of § 35 of the Act, the public contract is divided into two parts: SDZ+VDZ supply of material 2026-2030_part A SDZ+VDZ material supply 2026-2030_part B The contracting authority does not limit the submission of an offer to individual parts, i.e. the supplier is entitled to submit an offer to one part of the Public Contract or to both of its parts, subject to the fulfillment of the award conditions specified in the tender documentation. To however, the supplier is obliged to submit a separate offer for each part of the Public Contract.
