Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the evaluation of the effects of the concept on the environment in accordance with Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on the assessment of effects on the environment, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 100/2001 Coll.") and further according to Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amendedregulations, (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 114/1992 Coll.") and at the same time participation in the creation of the concept with the aim of obtaining the approval opinion of the Ministry of the Environment according to § 10g of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. to evaluate the effects of the concept on the environment. The assessed concept will be the Transport Sector Strategie 3rd phase. The expected final output of the public contract is the production of complete documents and the execution of all related activities with the aim of obtaining a consent opinion on the evaluation of the effects of the concept on the environment.
