- Description:
- On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with three suppliers with the renewal of the competition for the fulfillment of the subject of the Public Contract. The subject of the framework agreement is the regulation of the conditions for the execution of construction works on the basis of execution contracts consisting of execution sealing of the reinforced concrete and cast-iron tunnel lining of the subway using the double barrier method, especially against groundwater seepage, under the conditions and within the deadlines set in the binding draft of the framework agreement. The client points out that construction work can be carried out only in night shifts on working days from after the power is turned off approx. 1:15 a.m. to 3:50 a.m. incl. moving to the place of work, clearing and cleaning the workplace.
