Description:
The subject and purpose of the performance are the construction modifications of the main building of the youth home and the attached one-story wing of the workshops of the auto mechanics classroom.
Workshop
This part of the building will be increased by one floor to accommodate the classroom and social facilities for apprentices and teachers. After dismantling the existing roofa part of the building will be concreted at the head of the walls with a new reinforcing rib. wreath, placed prefabricated steel. panels and new perimeter walls made of fired hollow blocks will be built on top of them. The space of the superstructure will be roofed with counter lattice trusses and a single-skin roof. Perimeter masonry existing and newit will be insulated.
Main building
The underground floor is currently unused and in a bad neglected condition.
This floor is not used for the future operation of the building. Only the renovation of the wall surfaces and the provision of future permanent ventilation to dry the underground spaces is proposed. For above groundfloor are the proposed complex building modifications in order to improve the technical condition of the apprentices' classrooms and the youth home. On the basis of surveys, it was decided to completely replace the ceiling structures outside the existing stone vaults. For the floor structures of the 1st floor, new insulated compositions with celwith an all-over waterproofing layer that follows on from the waterproofing partitions of the perimeter and internal masonry, which currently shows considerable moisture.
