- The subject of the fully awarded public order is construction work, it is the construction of the kitchen of the center of gastronomy and trade in Zln. Within the framework of the building laws, load-bearing walls will be demolished, new buildings will be built, and surface rights-of-way will be changed. Reconstruction does not interfere with sleep the structure of the building, the appearance of the building or the way it is worn does not change, it does not affect the safety of the building. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract and the conditions for the performance of the public contract is given in the Business Terms and Conditions Draft contract for the work (area 1 of the tender documentation) and in the projects documentation and inventory of construction works, supplies and services (area . 5 documentation tasks). The basis for drawing up offers is a list of construction works, supplies and services, including a bill of lading, project documentation and other documents that are an integral part of this contract documentation. !!! Contractor's note: In the list of works SS gastro-practice kitchen_VV, the items named SO 01 Rozp 05 Pol and SO 01 Rozp 06 Pol are not the subject of this public order and the parts will not be included in the tender.
