- The subject of the Public Contract is the provision of a license authorization for the SW Adobe AEM Forms, necessary to ensure the conversion of documents from MS Office formats to Adobe PDF format, including enabling the conversion process ex officio (i.e. in particular attaching a verification clause to a PDF document, enabling the filling of formsPDF and electronic signing, especially using the Adobe Reader application).Adobe PDF/A (PDF/A-2 and 3) according to ISO 19005-1 and further enables the solution of the process of automated conversion ex officio according to § 22 of Act No. 300/2008 Coll., on electronic actions and authorized conversion of documents, as amended later regulations, in the electronic system of the EPD file service and in PDF Converterand converting documents into the output data format according to § 23 of Decree 259/2012 Coll., on the details of the performance of file services, as amended. necessary for securei conversion of documents from MS Office formats to Adobe PDF format, including enabling the conversion process ex officio (i.e. especially attaching a verification clause to the PDF document, enabling filling out the PDF form and electronic signing, especially using the Adobe Reader application).
