- The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is to provide comprehensive IT services for the Eliška Purkyňova (DSEP) home for the elderly. Services include the management of whole IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, software, databases and internal applications. Furthermore Purchases, printer maintenance, site management and e-mail, support multimedia and camera systems, ensure compliance with GDPR, employee training and IT support 24/7. The services are divided into a flat (regular) and additional - above -standard and extraordinary, paid hours. In demand is regular physical The presence of a technician in the DSEP building and the remote support. Part of the performance is also a plan for further development of IT and digitization of the contracting authority.
