- The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier for the implementation of marketing market research according to the requirements of the contracting authority. Marketing surveys will be carried out using the following methods:
a) Telephone surveys with a minimum sample of 1,000 respondents focused mainly on the analysis of the reasonΕ― leading to a change in the health insurance company, client satisfaction of the contracting authority - Δeska promyskie zdravotno pojiΕ‘Ε₯ovna (hereinafter also referred to as "ΔPZP") and other topics according to the requirements of the contracting authority;Ε₯oven, respondents' awareness of ΔPZP and their services and other topics according to the client's requirements;
c) Focus group group discussion (6 - 8 people) focused on evaluating the ΔPZP mobile application, ΔPZP products, ΔPZP's advertising campaign and other topics according to the client's requirements;
d) Mystery shopping focused in particularto evaluate the quality of the information submitted by employees of the ΔPZP branch network and competing health insurance companies and other topics according to the client's requirements. - Documents:
