- The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier for the implementation of marketing market research according to the requirements of the contracting authority. Marketing surveys will be carried out using the following methods:
a) Telephone surveys with a minimum sample of 1,000 respondents focused mainly on the analysis of the reasonů leading to a change in the health insurance company, client satisfaction of the contracting authority - Česka promyskie zdravotno pojišťovna (hereinafter also referred to as "ČPZP") and other topics according to the requirements of the contracting authority;ťoven, respondents' awareness of ČPZP and their services and other topics according to the client's requirements;
c) Focus group group discussion (6 - 8 people) focused on evaluating the ČPZP mobile application, ČPZP products, ČPZP's advertising campaign and other topics according to the client's requirements;
d) Mystery shopping focused in particularto evaluate the quality of the information submitted by employees of the ČPZP branch network and competing health insurance companies and other topics according to the client's requirements. - Documents :
