Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure the transport serviceability of the Pilsen Region by public rail passenger transport in accordance with § 2 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll. in the period from the date of the nationwide change in timetables in December 2023 to the day before thatrminu nationwide changes to timetables in December 2038 in part of the territory of the Plzeň region for the operation of trains on the P1 line JIH Horažďovice pretměsti - Plzeň - Pňovany.
The subject of the VZ will be fulfilled on the basis of the contract concluded with the carrier that submits the most economically advantageous offer. The contract will be concluded asv. a gross contract, where opportunities and risks associated with the time development of the revenue amount are fully borne by the customer.
