Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure the transport service of the Pilsen Region and the Karlovy Vary Region by public rail passenger transport in accordance with § 2 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on Public Services in the Transport of Passengers and on Amendments to Other Actsů, as amended, in the period from the date of the national timetable change in December 2023 to the date preceding the national timetable change in December 2038 in parts of the Pilsen Region and the Karlovy Vary Region for the operation of trains on the P1 ZAPAD line Pilsen - Cheb - Karlovy Vary .
Smlothe agreement on public services in the transport of passengers in public rail passenger transport will be concluded with the Pilsen Region and the Karlovy Vary Region on the side of the Client. The Pilsen Region is the authorized Purchaser who administers the bidding process. The Karlovy Vary Region has issued a Notice of Preliminary Information for the publicpublic contract for services 2018/S 011-021850.
