- Ensuring transport services by public services in passengers' transport by public railway passenger transport within the "South" operating ensemble on part of the Hradec Kralove Region within the meaning of Section 3 (2) of Act No. 194/2010 Coll. later regulations and to the extent set by the contract. Transport services will be provided on the sections of railway lines on the territory of the Hradec Kralove Region and with the consent of the Pardubice Region also in its territory. The focus of the performance will rest on the Lines Hradec Kralove - Letohrad, Hradec Kralove - Solnice, Hradec Kralove - Rokytnice in the Orlicke Mountains, Hradec Kralove - Chlumec nad Cidlinou - Novy BydΕΎov, Hradec Kralove - JaromΔΕ, DobruΕ‘ka - ChoceΕ and Hronov - ChoceΕ.
The Client does not exclude The requirement for the acquisition of new EMU and BEM vehicles, which the carrier would subsequently arise from the bidding procedure was obliged to take over under the conditions set by the Client. If the Client requires the acquisition of new units, the Client assumes the use of the EMU and BEM units and Bem assumes the use of the financial Support from Transgov program No. 1/2024 from the means of the modernization fund (hereinafter referred to as the "subsidy program").
