- The subject of the tender procedure is the provision of transport services by the carrier for public rail passenger transport on the section of line S1 Opava vychod - Ostrava-Svinov on route 321 Opava - Ostrava - HaviΕov - Δesky TΔΕ‘in, Ostrava-Svinov - Ostrava-KunΔice in accordance with the transport services plan according to ZoVSand in accordance with other provisions of the ZoVS, namely in the period immediately following the termination of the validity of the part of the contract defined in Article 15 letter B of the contract on public services in the transport of passengers to ensure the transport service of the region by public rail passenger transport, registration number 00607/2019/DSH,i.e. from 10/12/2023 until the end of the timetable 2026/2027, if the contract is concluded by 31/8/2023.
