Description:
Customer selection of treated sewage sludge

Description of the contract: The subject of this public contract is the selection of an entity that will ensure the collection and use or disposal (disposal) of sewage sludge (hereinafter also referred to as "sludge") from the Jihlava wastewater treatment plant in accordance with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, especially according to Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and legislation of the European Union, valid at the time of performance, even in the event that they are amended or adopted completely new legislation. For the purposes of this procedure, it means drained, stabilized sewage sludge from municipal wastewater treatment from the Jihlava WWTP, still designated by catalog number 190805 (according to the repealed and until the beginning of this tender procedure, Decree No. 93/2016 Coll., on waste catalog). The contracting authority is about 5,000 tons of sludge per year, with a dry matter content of at least 21%.
