• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of the services of an architect and general designer for all phases of project preparation up to the realization of the building. The project concerns the reconstruction of the existing building TJ Tesla Brno, which mainly includes a sports pool and a hall in sports complex Lesná. The project includes preparatory work, design of layout modifications and, in particular, measures leading to energy savings. Part of the performance is the development of complete project documentation, including the engineering work required for implementation buildings. The contractor will also ensure all necessary opinions of the relevant state administration bodies and obtain building permits for the implementation of the investment plan. It follows that any interventions in the exterior and characteristic elements must respect and maximally preserve the original appearance - facades, division of openings, materials, proportions, details. At the same time, it is necessary to fulfill the goal of the project: to significantly reduce consumption energy of the object. This means designing modern technical measures (insulation, replacement of hole fillings, air recovery, efficient heating/cooling, cogeneration, PV plants) in such a way that they do not disturb the visual integrity of the building. In the final design, the aesthetics and energy efficiency - facade interventions, new equipment and installations must not exceed the limits of acceptable changes in the appearance of architecturally valuable parts of the building.
