Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract required by the contracting authority is the selection of a financial intermediary who will perform the role of administrator of the development fund (hereinafter referred to as the "BF Fund"). Through the BF Fund, a financial instrument will be implemented within the Operational Program Just Transformation, in priority 3The Moravian-Silesian Region within the thematic area of Territorial Renewal (hereinafter referred to as "OP ST").
The aim of the financial instrument is the restoration of locations that are a significant barrier to regional development, and the identification of new economic activities in the area affected by black coal mining in the Moravian-Silesian Region as part of the solution (negative) social, economic and environmental impacts of the transformation to a climate-neutral economy.
The selected financial intermediary implements one BF Fund. The contracting authority will invest OP ST funds in the BF Fund. These funds are subsequently invested by the administrator of the BF Fund in coof specific projects according to the investment strategy.
