The subject of the public contract is the selection of three financial intermediaries who will perform the role of funds of risk capital funds (funds of risk capital).
Depending on the specific, financial intermediary will be the financial intermediary as the fund managerRisk capital, manage funds from the holding fund created by and managed by the contracting authority (holding fund) and possibly from other investors, either within the risk of risk capital or its subfond, their individual portfolio, or otherwise separatedthe property of the contracting authority (fund), established or created for the purpose of
(a) coin investment with other investment structures managed by a financial intermediary within the risk capital fund; and
(b) providing investment to final recipients in accordance with the conditions of investmentstrategies.
