• Selection of the operator of the sewage system and WWTP of the village of Chrustenice The subject of the public procurement - concession for services awarded in this concession procedure is the selection of the operator of the water management infrastructure for the area of waste water removal and treatment, with whom it will be concluded a contract on the operation of a sewage system for public use and a WWTP owned by the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "concession agreement") in accordance with § 8, paragraph 2 of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., the Act on Water Supply and Sewerage for Public Use, as amended (hereinafter just "VaK Act"). The operator ensures the operation of the water management infrastructure in the sense of § 2 paragraph 3 of the Act on VaK. The contracting party's consideration for the services provided consists in taking the benefits resulting from the provision of services, specifically in the right of the selected supplier as an operator to collect sewage from consumers connected to the operated water management infrastructure. The selected supplier as the operator bears the operational risk associated with the selection of the sewer. The project is related to the implementation of co-financed projects from the Operational Program Environment 2007-2014, namely: Construction of sewerage and WWTP in the village of Chrustenice, registration number 18510159, and further to the project co-financed from the Operational Program Environment 2021 - 2027, Chrustenice - Dolejší alej, splasková sewerage, registration number CZ.05.01.04/01/23_042/0002875.
