Description:
The subject of the contract is to conclude a contract for the operation of sewerage systems for public needs owned by the municipality of Horni Sucha (hereinafter referred to as "concession contracts" or "operating contracts"), ie contracts on operation within the meaning of Section 8 (2) of Act No. 274/2001 Coll. Some laws (Act on Water Supply and Sewerage), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Zovak") with the right to select sewerage -owned concessionaries within the meaning of Section 8 (14 (14) and 14 of the ZOVAK, which will be lease of sewer ownership of the municipality Horni Sucha and Proper operation of these assets within the meaning of the relevant provisions of ZOVAK. On the contracting authority's profile, the public contract is listed as an open proceedings, since for technical reasons on the part of the contracting authority's profile operator, electronic offers can not be submitted in the concession procedure.
