• (the nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or the indication of the relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the Project Manager's activity consists in the ongoing organization, coordination, control and management of the project in its preparation and implementation phase in the following areas - project management; - price manamanagement; - technical supervision of the investor; - ensuring the activities of the safety and health protection coordinator at work on the construction site. The provision of services is divided into the following phases of the project, of which the performance falling under Phases 2b to 5 are the unconditional subject of performance and the performance falling under Phases 1 and 2a withsubject to performance under the conditions set by the Contract (i) Phase 1_coordination and management of activities leading to the creation of a building design, coordination and management of activities leading to the creation of documentation for obtaining a new zoning decision, control of the concept and clean copy of the submitted project documentation,ordination and management of activities leading to the discussion of documentation with the affected entities and obtaining a new valid zoning decision for the location of the building (or joint permit), incl. procurement and discussion of the necessary EIA documentation; (ii) Phase 2a_coordination and management of activities leading to createdi documentation for obtaining a new valid building permit, checking the concept and clean sheet of the submitted documentation for a new building permit, coordination and management of activities leading to the discussion of the documentation with the concerned entities and obtaining a new construction permit; (iii) Phase 2b_coordination and management orentities leading to the creation of documentation for the change of the building before its completion, checking the concept and clean sheet of the submitted documentation for the change of the building before its completion, coordinating and managing the activities leading to the discussion of the documentation with the concerned entities and obtaining a decision on the change of the building before itby completion; (iv) Phase 3_coordination and management of activities leading to the creation of documentation for the selection of the general construction contractor, control of the concept and clean copy of the submitted documentation for the implementation of the status...
