• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purpose of cooperation in securing tickets for all airlines (including low-cost airlines) and other services related to the organization of business trips for the needs of employees of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, especially as part of the Erasmus+ project, and others according to the client's current needs. The contracting authority assumes an average monthly volume of ordered services in the number of 8 (96 per year). Services are mostly ordered for individuals, and to a lesser extent for groups of people. In the case of groups, these are usually groups of 2-3 people. The services will be provided on the basis of partial orders through the online reservation system according to the current needs of the client. The online reservation system will be made available to authorized persons to the persons of the contracting authority. In rare cases, e-mail orders will be used. The online reservation system must meet at least the following requirements: (a) The system enables the establishment and management of user accounts for authorized employees of the contracting authority, through which access to the reservation system is enabled to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the subject of the public contract. (b) The system allows connection to multiple global distribution systems (GDS) or other comparable reservation databases used in the area of tourism, to the extent that it enables the search and reservation of the offered services.
