• Description:
• The subject of the concession procedure is the operation of the water management infrastructure owned by the municipality of Vacov, by a selected contractor in accordance with Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply and sewerage for public use and on the amendment of certain laws (the Water Supply and Sewerage Act), as amended regulations (hereinafter also "ZoVaK") and its implementation regulations, as well as in accordance with other generally binding regulations, in particular: - continuous provision of sewerage operability, creation of prerequisites and conditions for economical operation of water management facilities in accordance with valid standards; - consistently ensuring the operability of the water supply, reservoirs and sources of drinking water, creating prerequisites and conditions for the economical operation of water management facilities in accordance with applicable standards; - drainage of waste water through sewers and their disposal, monitoring the amount and quality of waste water during all stages of processing and transportation according to applicable regulations, regulations of administrative authorities or instructions of the lessor; - ensuring proper operation, maintenance, carrying out repairs and eliminating accidents on the object entrusted for operation; - ensuring relations with customers connected to the water supply and sewerage network, i.e. supply of drinking water and removal of waste water from their producers, water and sewage invoicing, connection and repair of connections placed in public spaces according to §3, paragraph 7 of Act 274/2001 Coll. and all services that are provided at the request of the above subscribers; - relevant operational management documentation that captures the necessary information intended to be usable for operation and to fulfill notification obligations, to control the scope, quality and method of operation; - ensuring the management of the lessor's property by carrying out technical and economic...
