Description:
The subject of the concession for the services awarded in this concession procedure is the selection of a water management infrastructure operator for the supply of drinking water, the supply of service water, the removal and treatment of sewage water, the removal and treatment of industrial water, the removal of rainwater in SPZ Triangle, with which the contract will besigned contract for the operation of the water supply and sewerage system owned by the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "concession agreement") in accordance with § 8 paragraph 2 of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., the Act on Water Supply and Sewerage for Public Use, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZoVaK").
