- The subject of this public order is the seller's obligation to deliver the goods to the buyer properly and on time, specifically servers and accessories, core switches, distribution switches and their assembly, including documents related to the goods. Furthermore, the subject is the obligation of the seller to install, test and operate the goodst according to the technical specification, to enable the buyer to dispose of the goods and to transfer ownership of the goods to him. The subject of this contract is also the obligation of the buyer to take over the properly delivered goods and pay the agreed purchase price to the seller. Exact technical specifications of goods and technical specifications of minstallations are listed in Annexes No. 1 to 6 of the Purchase Agreement, which is part of the procurement procedure.
