- The subject of the performance of this public order is the ongoing provision of service services, i.e. servicing and repairs for passenger, light commercial vehicles and trailers for certain types of vehicle brands. In the given case, it is a comprehensive provision of ongoing repair work, warranty and post-warranty service in accordance withwith procedures, rules, warranty conditions and with the use of technical means established or recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, in particular to the extent specified in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and supplies of original spare parts or certified spare parts required for the provided withservices and in Appendix No. 1A of the procurement documentation. The public contract is divided into nine (9) separate parts in accordance with the provisions of ยง 35 ZZVZ. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for any one, more or all parts of the public contract at his discretion.
