Description:
The public contract is divided into two separate parts, see below:
Part I. - The subject of this part of the public contract is services related to the construction of the "Christmas village" for the years 2025 to 2029 including, specifically the following services:
a) Preparing (Disassembly of doors and shutters, installation of binding mesh) furnishings containing 27 pieces of lockable non -consumable sales stalls with an optional assembly roof made of woven rubber textile, measuring 3x6 m (hereinafter referred to as the "furniture"), to transport to the place of performance;
(b) Preparation of mantinels of the ice surface and stage (steel structure) under the ice surface (hereinafter referred to as "Circular ice rink and related elements") for transport to the place of performance;
c) Detection of the market according to the orientation drawing (see Annex 10), settling the furniture in the correct place, assembly of saddle roofs,
d) small horticultural work around the Marian Plague Column related to the preparation of the area for installation;
e) securing transport of oversized cargo (the above furniture, circular ice rink and related elements and flower pots - smaller) from the airport, Hradec Kralove on Velka Square, Hradec Kralove (about 4.3 km);
f) Installation and deinstalling 66 pcs of pots (40x40x40 cm / 80 kg a) (hereinafter referred to as "pots - smaller) according to Orientation drawing (see Annex 10);
g) moving 7 pcs of pots (120x120x100 cm / 1500 kg a) (hereinafter referred to as "flower pots - larger) according to the orientation drawing (see Annex 10);
h) Mounting mantinels of the ice surface and the stages under the ice surface including the correct leveling (max. Permissible slope is +/- ...
