- The subject of the public contract is the contractor's obligation to provide the contracting authority in accordance with its instructions and needs of professional legal, economic and technical advice in the implementation of the recommended variant (in accordance with the closed memorandum on cooperation after 2028 - see below) to ensure administration and operationInfrastructure of water supply and sewerage system owned hl. City of Prague after 2028 (ie from 1.971/1, HostivaΕ, 102 00 Praha 10, IΔO: 25656635, will be 100% owned by the contracting authority as the only shareholder and the contracting authority will be 100% owned by hl. m. Prague as the only shareholder (hereinafter referred to as the "transaction").
The transaction is realized on the basis of a resolution of the Prague City Council No. 34/2dated 24.2.2022 (available at https://praha.eu/schvaena-usseni) and its basis is contractual documentation of 28. 8. 2018 between the contracting authority and the company Veolia Central & Eastern Europe S.A., registered office 75008 R.C.S., Memorandumon cooperation after 2028, contract on the transfer of dematerialized securities and shareholder agreement (all published in the register of contracts at https://slouvy.gov.cz/).
