- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the modernization of all railway facilities - railway top, railway bottom, objects on the railway bottom, railway bridges, culverts, underpass extension, addition of a fourth platform, traction and power lines, security equipment, communication equipment, equipmentSingle-current technologies, high-current equipment, ground objects used for technology, traffic and the traveling public, construction modifications of the existing north wing of the dispatch building, especially for the placement of technologies and others. The construction does not include the installation of the ETCS L2 system, which will be dealt with by a separate nadjacent to the "ETCS in the Praha node" building. As part of the construction, only the preparation for its installation is expected.
Part of the scope of the public contract are also activities that will be carried out in connection with the rules of publicity of projects co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). Appreciation of these actionsPublicity costs of the building will be included in the bid price, publicity costs will be listed in the List of Works (SO 9898 General object). The contracting authority reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of § 100 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The supplier will only be reimbursed for the actual performancey scope of this fulfillment. In the event that this public order is not co-financed from the funds of the European Union, the contractor will not ensure the publicity of the construction. The scope of performance that will not be implemented is not included in the limits for changes according to § 222 paragraphs 4 to 6 and 9 of the ZZVZ. The subject of this public... - Documents :
