- The subject of this public contract is the implementation of activities according to the project documentation entitled "Geological works project with incorporated comments Břeclav, FOSFA, a.s. protective and remedial pumping (Ochrana subedennich vod, s.r.o., August 2023)", processed by the company Ochrana subedennich vod, s.r.o., Bělohorska 31, 169 00 Prague 6, which is Annex No. 3 of this ZD.
The subject of the performance is remedial and protective pumping of polluted groundwater, focusing on two areas in which the highest concentrations of contaminants, especially phosphates, persist.
The main goal of the projected rehabilitation intervention is the dockcompletion of the remediation and reduction of the residual phosphate content in the groundwater in the area outside the area closed by the PTS below the level of target values in accordance with the valid decision of ČIŽP OI Brno dated 04/05/2023. Another goal of the remediation works is, until the target values of the remediation parameters are reached, hydraulic protectionon the relief arm of Dyje before the uncontrolled drainage of polluted groundwater into the stream.
