• The subject of this public contract is the implementation of activities according to the project documentation entitled "Project documentation of remediation (revision III) on the premises of the former company Sara Lee Czech Republic a.s. and on the premises of the former Kazeto Přerov s.p. in Prague Vysočany", prepared in August 2025 by KHSanace s.r.o., which is attachment No. 3 ZD. The subject of the performance is the execution of remedial works to remove the old ecological burden located on the premises of the former state enterprise Kazeto Přerov, today owned by ŠTIMAK s.r.o., and on the premises of the former company Sara Lee Czech Republic, a.s., today owned of Nove Vysočany I, s.r.o., in Prague Vysočany. This is the remediation of unsaturated and saturated zones of the rock environment contaminated with chlorinated hydrocarbons, aimed at removing the sources of pollution located on the premises of ŠTIMAK s.r.o. and pollution in the adjacent part of the Nove Vysočany complex I, s.r.o. Remedial work also includes construction work - demolition, excavation and earthworks, static securing of excavations and administrative buildings on the premises of ŠTIMAK s.r.o. Work with an overlap into the premises and in the premises of Nove Vysočany I, s.r.o. will take place in coordination with capital construction. The subject of performance are the following activities: -preparatory and design activities, including the processing of the implementation project and securing the necessary permits; -coordination with investment construction in the Nove Vysočany I, s.r.o. area; -preparatory construction work and static securing of excavations; - demolition of buildings SO 02, SO 05 - SO 07 a...
