• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the execution of activities according to the project documentation entitled "Remediation in the location of Horní oblast VÍTKOVICE-former gas plant MAN ČEZ ES s.r.o.", prepared in September 2025 by the company AQD-envitest, s.r.o., Na Čtvrti 453/37, 700 30 Ostrava, which is attachment No. 3 ZD. The subject of the performance is the excavation of contaminated soil around the perimeter of the concrete foundation, including the pumping of contaminated water from the remediation pit and the subsequent removal of the foundation body itself, on parcels No. 2944/3 and No. 2944/4, c.ú. Moravian Ostrava, in 1. maje street. The aim of the remediation works is to eliminate ecological damage that occurred before privatization, i.e. to eliminate a defective condition in the sense of § 42, paragraph 2) of Act No. 254/2001 Coll. of the mentioned decisions of the ČIŽP OI Ostrava, and achieving remediation limits for soils in the indicators: -NEL 5,000 mg/kg dry weight, -Pb 800 mg/kg dry matter, -benzo(a)pyrene 20 mg/kg dry weight.
