- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the provision of the following insurances:
a) insurance of medical expenses including payments for assistance services
b) accident insurance
c) liability insurance, legal protection and insurance of personal belongings (in third countries).
The insured will be employees and others co-workersthe contracting authority, namely:
a) any person operating short-term or long-term in third countries on behalf of the contracting authority and possibly family members who accompany them, and
b) local employees in the countries of operation (in the home countries).
The subject of the insurance is the provision of assistance local staff servicesin the country of operation. For emergency medical assistance services for local employees, the contracting authority expects to use the assistance service contracted by the contractor.
