• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is: a) migration of the complex information system of the Register of Electronicization of Labor Inspection Acts (hereinafter referred to as "REÚIP" or "system") from the MS Dynamics 365 On premise platform to the MS Dynamics 365 online platform, optimization of data structures and processes of REÚIP (i.e. in particular the optimization design complex), delivery, installation and implementation of all necessary software equipment at all levels, including the provision of all necessary licenses, provision of a communication interface (API) for connection other internal and external information systems of the contracting authority (e.g. with the electronic file service system), integration of the REÚIP into the contracting authority's environment, all work connected with the implementation of the optimization of the REÚIP system, data migration and validation, user training REÚIP, delivery of complete system documentation in online form incl. current instructions for REÚIP users, verification and productive operation of the system for a fixed period, acceptance testing according to the terms of the public procurement contract and its annexes, preparation of an exit plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”); b) provision of service services, support of the REUIP system On premise and the REUIP system online and regular, or random updates of the REÚIP system online even after its deployment and implementation in accordance with the terms of the public procurement contract and its annexes (hereinafter referred to as "Service Services") and c) providing the development of the REUIP system On premise and the REUIP system online requested by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Development").
