- The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract within this tender is:
a) Delivery of a new (not refurbished) medical device - 1 piece of skiagraphic system for use at the radiology department of the contracting authority, including transport to the contracting authority, installation, assembly - commissioning, Performing the necessary tests for commissioning and operating instructions in min. scope of 5 working days in accordance with the valid legislation for medical devices. The subject also includes disassembly, transport and ecological disposal of existing equipment according to valid legislation as well as providing free of charge Quality guarantees according to the provisions of § 2113 et seq. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code with a period of 24 months; The warranty also includes a free performance of the warranty authorized comprehensive service security necessary for the operation of the medical device according to the applicable legislation.
b) building Modifications of the workplace at the radiology department of the contracting authority, in which the skiagraphic system supplied by the supplier will be installed and put into operation.
