- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the building of the school workshops in Na Hrazi street no. 1413 in Sušice. Reconstruction includes insulation of building envelope, installation of external shading equipment, installation of controlled ventilation system with heat recovery, reconstruction of heating system, lighting reconstructionand installing a photovoltaic power plant incl. Introduction of energy management. The description of the subject of performance is only a lift from the project documentation. The subject of performance is defined in detail(Annex 3 of the tender documentation). Project documentation was modified for the second announcement, specifically part D.1.4.2_Vytěvni, D.1.4.3_vzuchotechnika, D.1.4.5_mar and the list of works with the bill of the building was updatedwork
