- In the addressed building of the Buchlovice Senior Citizens' Home, the existing inadequate autonomous detection system will be replaced by a new installation of the EPS system, which will meet the conditions of Act No. 415/2021 Coll. EPS carries out:
• continuous inspection of the premises of the building for the occurrence of fire and signaling of the location of the fireservice staff
• control of the connection from the network and automatic switching to a replacement source in the event of a power failure.
The use of the building and the existing barrier-free solution of the Buchlovice Nursing Home does not change.
The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as "public contract" or VZ) is constructionwork consisting of maintenance work, when new wiring and expansion of the existing electronic fire alarm system (EPS) and installation of a new evacuation radio system in the buildings of the Home for the elderly will be solved. Furthermore, the smoke/fire detection system will be expanded to include a new firedetectors, completion of firefighting documentation, installation of a fire protection service field and a key fire protection safe, including all subsequent works. This is mainly about the modernization/modification/replacement of the equipment in question, which is in an outdated state and does not meet the current legislative requirementshouse This is not an intervention in the load-bearing building structures or a change in the existing internal layout. The new EPS switchboard will be located in a separate switchboard with min. fire resistance 30 min., incl. installation of smoke detection. The new distributions will be solved under the ceiling of the existing rooms and will be terminated by the endand elements. All work will take place only inside the given object. The implementation will take place during the full operation of the user of the object. Construction, dismantling and assembly work will be carried out continuously on individual floors/parts (corridors of rooms) according to the work schedule submitted by the contractor, fromagreed by the customer and the user of the building. Construction and assembly work on individual rooms will be carried out separately. The total time of construction and assembly work will be fixed at 2 rooms / 2 working days, when it is necessary that the individual rooms are completely completed. During the day there will bereins released, at the end of each day the user returns to his room to spend the night. If it is necessary to carry out work on weekends and holidays, after agreement with the user of the building, the contractor will ensure that the permitted noise limits are not exceeded during the whole day.
