Description:
The subject of this over-the-limit public contract awarded in an open procedure according to § 56 ZZVZ is the supply of licenses to expand the personnel and payroll system Elanor Global Java Edition with the following functionalities:tax workflow),
•eTax (application processing and annual tax settlement in electronic form),
•Approval workflow of employee absence (vacation, home-office, unpaid leave, sick days, etc.).
The subject of the public contract is the provision of support services and maintenance (including providing updatesof the EGJE system and its expansion to the latest version released by the manufacturer of the EGJE system) and the development of the EGJE system, as well as the training of users and administrators of the EGJE system.
All services, supplies and related activities that are the subject of the performance of this public contract are defined in the necessary detailsch for the implementation of a public contract in the binding model of the contract, which forms Annex No. 3 ZD.
