Software support and development assurance for the personnel-payroll system in the years 2023-2027
Description of the order: The subject of this above-limit public order awarded in open management according to § 56 ZZVZ is the supply of a license to expand the personnel-payroll system Elanor Global Java Edition with functionality • HR Portal(employee payslip, employee personal card with the possibility of changing personal data in the form of an approval workflow), • eTax (processing of the request and annual tax assessment in electronic form), • approval workflow of employee absence (vacation, home-office, unpaid leave, sick days ord.). The subject of the public contract is the provision of support and maintenance services (including the provision of updating the EGJE system and its expansion to the latest version released by the manufacturer of the EGJE system) and the development of the EGJE system, as well as the training of users and administrators of the EGJE system. All services, supplies and connectionsThe activities that are the subject of this public order are defined in the details necessary for the implementation of the public order in the binding sample contract that forms Annex c. 3 ZD.
