- Description:
- The subject of the contract is the complete reconstruction of the school kitchen. The proposed modifications include the reconstruction of the existing kitchen, adjoining cloakroom space, utility room, entrance and corridor on the first floor above ground level. There will be a new living room in the kitchen area. The area for washing table and kitchen utensils will be separated by a low partition. In the basement, an addition will be made to the existing premises - rough preparation of vegetables. The purpose of the premises does not change. The existing freight elevator from the basement to the ground floor will be dismantled and replaced with new hydraulic. Gastro equipment will be completely replaced in the kitchen (it is part of another public contract). New internal installations will be carried out in the reconstructed premises (HVAC, HVAC, electrical installation, heating). The existing ones will be kept as a heating source gas condensing boilers, new central heating systems will be installed and new radiators will be installed.
