• Description:
• The subject of the general contract is maintenance work in wheel buildings in accordance with the law. 160/2024 Coll., on hygiene requirements for the premises and operation of institutions and establishments for raising children and youth and children's groups. Replacement of floor coverings and repair of plastering in bedrooms, corridors, stairs (only landings) and other operational areas. Demolition work: - removal of PVC floor coverings and parquet in the underlying structures, assuming that the PVC flooring is laid on the original wall floor - removal of PVC plinths, pos. plaster of paris - removal of plaster of paris - removal of ceramic plinths on corridors and stairs - removal of building paintings - disposal of generated waste New construction: - base construction of floors in the composition: 3-5 mm screed to level the unevenness after dismantling the building floor, load-bearing floor slabs thickness 12 mm laid in two layers of stone (e.g. micro-particle boards with a smooth surface), adhesive bridge, self-leveling screed with glass fiber - laying of floor coverings in PVC plinths and pedestrian blocks - addition and installation of screeds on standing screeds, penetration on non-absorbent base, leveling thickness. 10 mm height of the raised plinth - addition and installation of mortise on the new base structure of the raised plinth - straightened plaster after dismantling the old tiles - fat plaster in...
