- Region of South Bohemia - provision of agency employment services
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of agency employment services for the purpose of obtaining temporarily assigned employees for certain types of job positions associated with the provision of primarily postal services in case of increased provthe needs of manpower in the organizational units of the contracting authority within the territory defined by the contracting authority as the region of South Bohemia. The fulfillment of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of the framework agreement on the provision of agency employment services, which will be concluded on the basis of the result of the procurement procedure nand a period of 24 months with multiple suppliers, with a minimum of (5) five suppliers. If the contracting authority is unable to select min. number of suppliers mentioned in the previous sentence, the contracting authority may enter into a framework agreement with a lower number of suppliers who meet the tender conditions. Public contracts based on the framework agreement eitherou entered in a procedure without renewing the competition between the participants of the framework agreement. - Documents :
