- The subject of the performance of the public order is the provision of agency employment services for the purpose of obtaining temporarily assigned employees for certain types of jobs associated with the provision of postal services in the event of an increased operational need for manpower in the contracting authority's organizational unitswithin the territory defined by the contracting authority as the region of South Moravia.
The fulfillment of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of a framework agreement on the provision of agency employment services, which will be concluded on the basis of the result of the procurement procedure for a period of 24 months with several suppliers, namely with at least (5) five tothe giver. If the contracting authority is unable to select min. number of suppliers mentioned in the previous sentence, the contracting authority may enter into a framework agreement with a lower number of suppliers who meet the tender conditions. Public contracts based on the framework agreement will be awarded in a procedure without resumption of competition between the participants of the framework dohody.
