Description:
The subject of the public contract is a complete reconstruction of the building, namely unsatisfactory internal distribution and HVAC and related construction work, including layout. Furthermore, design of school insulation, replacement of cladding, replacement of windows and necessary outdoor modifications. Part of the performance is the use of the BIM method, ie information modeling of buildings, to the extent described in this SOD and its attachments. The Contractor, together with the handover of the construction, will hand over the information model of the actual construction of the building, which will contain information about all realized or implementation of any concerned constructions. The handover will also include the documentation of the actual construction of the building, which will be created according to the principles of the BIM method in the form of digital models of the building. The requirements for the use of BIM during the implementation of the work are governed by the BIM protocol, which is annexed to the contract.
