• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is to increase the quality of transport due to the extended driving function, responding to other data on a wider scale, a mutually providing control on light signaling in the large territory of the city and the considering scenarios of adaptation of transport management with regard to the development of transport including extraordinary the situation. Such driving will make full use of the possibility of the current traffic control panel, allowing the emergency intervention of the dispatchers of the transport information and control center, and in particular the automatic responses to the current events. In principle, the system knows how traffic is developing and optimizes the control strategy. The result is shorter arrival times, less transport congestion, respectively. shorter periods with their occurrence, flexible reaction of control systems, adaptation of diversion routes, the possibility to better inform users, etc. The need for such a system will be essential, inter alia, in connection with the opening of the section D3 motorway and solving all cases of diversions, including those with a regular highway tunnel.
  Stage 1 - Processing of the basic technical concept of the work with the aim of applying for a subsidy:
  • Proposal of the SSZ's superstructure proceedings including incorporation into the current SSA proceedings in the city including Transport information and control center;
