- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is to develop project documentation and construction work for the construction of the sports hall in Chropyně. The contractor of construction work will proceed in accordance with the FIDIC contractual conditions - a yellow book. The public contract is awarded by the so -called Design & Build method, where the subject of performance of the public contract is defined pursuant to Section 92 (2) of the Act requirements for performance and function, not a detailed project documentation and inventory of construction work, supplies and services with a bill. The co -financing of the public contract will be submitted for granting a subsidy from the National Sports Agency. The implementation of the contract is conditional on obtaining funds from this subsidy.
