- The subject of this small -scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as VZMR) is the supply of goods, which means the purchase of sports material, then specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The delivery will be realized as a whole in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the purchase contract, the contractual model of which is part of the tender documentation of the VZMR. The participant will attach the draft contract to his offer, which is attached to this tender documentation see. Documents - will add primarily their identification data, bid price, signature of authorized persons and other data that respond to the conditions of assignment of this VZMR. The contracting authority reserves the right to refine the final wording of the contract formally before signing the contract with the selected participant.
