Description:
In the exterior, it is a general repair of the facade of the building, its technical condition is known to be neglected. Accordingly, a complete repair of the above-ground lightning rod, clamping elements (weathering cast, gutter lip and downspout with a runoff trap), the gutter walkway around the entire building, including the floors, will be carried out areas around curbs and including the reinforced area to the sheet metal warehouse, the drain under the eaves walkway (west), the drain above the entrance door and the chimney extension. Repairs will also be made to all elements of the electrical installation on the facade (fuses, including internal fittings, according to the lighting reflectors, LV distributions, etc.) and low-current distribution components on the fasd. In the interior, it is about carrying out general structural repairs in those areas of the subject building, i.e. repair of interior wall coverings, ceilings including paintings and interiors, floors including ground insulation humidity, according to the repair of all structural openings (doors, windows, including parapets and windows), according to the repair of the electrical installation (lights, switches, drawers, electric convectors, LV distribution, etc.) and low-current distribution, including all components in the entire interior.
