- The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of the reconstruction of the existing building in the premises of the House of Sts. Antonin in Moravske BudΔjovice, the original historic building of the monastery with the extension of the stair tract, which serves as a home for the elderly. The subject of the order is complete internal Reconstruction, where the implementation of the proposed construction work and operational changes will be significantly reduced by the original capacity of the building. It also includes an external reconstruction where the existing hipped roof will be dismantled, which will be replaced by a new roof, receding with a flat roof that will be Above the historical part completed with a hipped canopy. The existing facade of the building will then be insulated with a contact facade system with a silicate plaster finish.
