• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the delivery of the "Citizen Portal" information system for the city of Staré Město. The fulfillment also includes operation support for a period of at least 60 months after the solution is handed over to live operation. The purpose of the performance is the modernization of the existing information system in order to increase the effectiveness of territorial public administration and create conditions for increasing the quality and transparency of services provided by public administration within self-governing agendas. The target value will be achieved by supplementing IS with new ones eGovernment functionalities: • new self-service public administration service from the catalog of public administration services; • increased reliability, security and throughput of operational information systems, managed by individual OVMs using the sharing of ICT platforms; • better availability of public administration services or interoperability on the territory of the state with an overlap within the EU; • using the services of the national point for identification and authentication; • introduction of automation and robotization methods in public administration; • building a public information system administration with the support of separate and separate modules (containers) communicating using microservices with the prevention of vendor lock-in.
