• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the collection and use of services, or the removal of street litter created during the cleaning and maintenance of roads. This is the following category "O" waste: item no. 20 03 03 Street litter. Estimated waste production is approx. 1800 t/year, whereby the participant must have sufficient capacity to receive this anticipated production. Transportation to the waste management facility is not the subject of this public contract, the contractor (customer) provides transportation with its own vehicle fleet. For this reason, s with regard to the environmental responsibility of the contracting authority, the maximum permitted driving distance (time) is set, namely for a maximum of 40 minutes of driving by truck. The distance (time) of max. 40 minutes is the driving distance, so it is not a distance determined by air line, but by the time the vehicle must travel by road from the contractor's premises, located at Porážka 459/2, 602 00 Brno, to the location of the facility for receiving and using the waste in question, i.e. the place of waste unloading, which is stated in the contract. The time will be measured in the "Fast route does not take into account traffic and without exclusion of paid sections" mode.
