- The subject of this public contract is to purchase a control security system, revitalization and increase the resistance of the data center and introduce the ISMS system according to the measures below:
- Automatic, periodic checking status of IT and application security systems and applications
- Revitalization of backup data center
- Increasing the durability and availability of the primary data center
- introduction of ISMS system under the Cyber Security Act and system for active management of security threats and risks.
With regard to the nature of information and their protection pursuant to Act No. 181/2014 Coll., On Cyber Security, it will provide The contracting authority of Annex 1, 2 and 3 of the tender documentation on the basis of the supplier's request and compared to the submitted confidentiality agreements (NDA) as amended by Annex 13 of the tender documentation.
If an agreement is signed by the agent, a power of attorney must be attached to the agreement, which was granted to such a person for this case.
The supplier's requests together with the enclosed signed confidentiality agreement can be sent via an e-ZAK electronic tool in the form of a report to the contracting authority.
